Brewing Guide

Brewing Suggestions for Ancient Tree Black Tea and Ancient Tree White Tea:

  1. Brew with boiling water at 100 degrees Celsius. High temperature can extract more of the substances contained in the ancient tree tea of the large-leaf variety, achieving a better tea aroma and taste for a more enjoyable drinking experience.
  2. It is recommended to use mineral water with a relatively soft texture (referring to the content of calcium and magnesium ions) and weak alkalinity (referring to the pH value) for brewing.
  3. For the small biscuit-shaped tea weighing 5 grams per piece, use a tea ware with a capacity of less than 160 cc for brewing. For the small biscuit-shaped tea weighing 7 grams, use a tea ware with a capacity of less than 200 cc for brewing.
  4. Do not steep the tea for too long. The tea can be broken apart before being put into the tea ware. It can also be boiled.
