Brewing Guide
Brewing Suggestions for Ancient Tree Black Tea and Ancient Tree White Tea:
-
Brew with boiling water at 100 degrees Celsius. High temperature can extract more of the substances contained in the ancient tree tea of the large-leaf variety, achieving a better tea aroma and taste for a more enjoyable drinking experience.
-
It is recommended to use mineral water with a relatively soft texture (referring to the content of calcium and magnesium ions) and weak alkalinity (referring to the pH value) for brewing.
-
For the small biscuit-shaped tea weighing 5 grams per piece, use a tea ware with a capacity of less than 160 cc for brewing. For the small biscuit-shaped tea weighing 7 grams, use a tea ware with a capacity of less than 200 cc for brewing.
-
Do not steep the tea for too long. The tea can be broken apart before being put into the tea ware. It can also be boiled.
